• PT Jill came by to evaluate my mother.
• I finally delivered my dad’s milk and ice cream to his apartment.  After 6 days.  I left my mother home alone (!) while I ran the errand.

• I cleaned up the office (including some decluttering) and my room.
• Nurse Alicia came to visit my mother.
• We had a Zoom birthday party for Lakin.
• My mother walked outside into her walled garden for the first time to inspect our handiwork.
• I ran a virtual 5k run at the South Tar River Greenway, followed by a cool-down walk around the town common:

• SCOR had a virtual Life Pulse meeting today.
• BB&T’s website crashed due to everyone checking on the status of their economic relief payments.  I am glad that my task can wait.
• Velo Quebec has canceled the Grand Tour for 2020.
