Today’s highlights:
- I had today off from work but Andy did not.
- I ran many errands:
- I went to the eye place to have new lenses installed in my frames. (Actually two eye places.)
- I dropped off some wooden chairs at the repair shop to be re-glued. Way out by Chicod.
- I went to the Winterville post office to try to mail a package.
- I went to the Postal Annex to actually mail a package.
- I went to the Shell station to re-fuel.
- I dropped off a food donation on Evans St.
- Andy and I went for a walk after work.
Today’s ice cream: n/a
Today’s beer: SeaBee from Big Boss Brewing Company in Raleigh and 7 Saturdays from R&D Brewing Company in Raleigh
Today’s pet peeve: The line at the Winterville post office was long and not moving at all. At least I got to visit with my Aunt Anita before abandoning.
Today’s moment of gratitude: The eye place did not charge me for installing my lenses.
