- Andy and I went for a run in Jacksonville out to Montford Point and back.
- We stopped at Huffman Vineyards near Richlands. My mother tells me that the nice guy that I chatted with is my cousin.
- I went to the pharmacy for my father.
- I went to Harris-Teeter for my mother.

Today’s beer: Vienna Lager from Nickelpoint Brewing Company in Raleigh and Mountain Candy from Sycamore Brewing in Charlotte.
Today’s pet peeve: We went to Catherine Lake for a post-run picnic but we could not find any public access there.
Today’s moment of gratitude: It was so much cooler than when we ran in Jacksonville in July.
