2020-08-09_19-22-19Today’s highlights:

  • Andy and I visited the county seat of Cumberland County.
  • We went for a run on the (very nice) Cape Fear River Trail.
  • We had a Zoom beer hour with Jay.

Today’s ice cream:  n/a

Today’s beer:  Red Oak Amber Lager from Whitsett and Dale’s Pale Ale from Oskar Blues Brewery in Brevard.

Today’s pet peeve:  Somehow I missed a turn for US Route 13 when I was driving from Goldsboro to Fayetteville.

Today’s moment of gratitude:  We were surrounded by thunderstorms and showers today but never were rained on when we were running or walking around.

Word of the day:  Ferret
