Today’s highlights:

  • Andy and I  went for a run on the historic Roanoke Canal Trail in Roanoke Rapids.
  • We visited three county seats:  Tarboro in Edgecombe County, Jackson in Northampton County and Halifax in Halifax County.
  • We had a Zoom beer hour with Jay.

Today’s ice cream:  n/a

Today’s beer:  Wanderlush from Highland Brewing Company in Asheville and Hop, Drop & Roll from NoDa Brewing Company in Charlotte.

Today’s pet peeve:  When your niece is featured in a front-page photo in the newspaper and is not practicing social distancing.
