Today’s highlights:
- Today is Easter so no home health care services.
- I organized my beer log information.
- I pruned the weeping prickly tree by my mother’s garage. (I don’t know what it is called.) I have scratches to prove it.
- My sister and I worked on weeding and beautifying my mother’s enclosed patio.
- I went for a walk including the Paramore Park path and the pond across Firetower:
- Brahms: String Sextet No 2 in G, Op 36
- Brahms: Piano Sonata No 1 in C, Op 1
- I trimmed my beard. Then I was itchy.
- I “helped” Andy water the plants.
- We had a Zoom meeting for Jordan’s birthday.
Today’s ice cream: Ben & Jerry’s Vanilla Caramel Fudge (w/bonus serving for Jordan’s party)
Today’s beer: Midnight Summit from Highland Brewing Company in Asheville and Hoppyum IPA from Foothills Brewing in Winston-Salem.
Today’s pet peeve: My mother’s Carolina jasmine is strangling the shrubbery.
