OK. I am now three weeks into a four-day visit to NC. Pesky coronavirus. No, I am not sick (or at least not symptomatic) and neither is anyone I know. That is the good news. The less good news is that I have no idea when I will be able to return home to VT.
Today’s highlights:
- My mother walked the living room-kitchen circuit twice with her walker.
- Taylor and Jada came over and held up signs for my mother through the dining room window. It was Jada’s birthday.
- Andy paid my bills and watered my plants at home while I swept my mother’s garage.
- I went for a walk today along Firetower Road. When I was growing up, the firetower was out in the country. Now it is in town. #sprawl I listened to orchestral versions of Hungarian Rhapsodies by Brahms. It was very hot and very windy. The weather, I mean.
